What you’re buying

A subscription to Talk to AI Access grants access to an optional in-game feature on our roleplay server for as long as the subscription is active. It is not a physical product, not a game, and not an asset you own. It has no value outside this community.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page or directly in PayPal. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.

Refunds

Every player gets a free hour of Talk to AI after finishing the tutorial, specifically so nobody has to buy it blind. Because of that we don’t routinely refund a period you’ve already used.

We will refund in full if you were charged after cancelling, if the feature was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period, or if you were charged more than once for the same period. Contact [email protected] or open a Discord ticket within 14 days.

Access removed for rule breaches

A ban does not entitle you to a refund of a period already served, but we will cancel the subscription so you are not billed again. If you believe the ban was wrong, appeal it — if the appeal succeeds, access is restored.

Payment handling

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. The only things we keep are your Discord ID, your PayPal subscription ID and its status — enough to know what to unlock and when to stop.
