You talk. The city answers.
Most servers hand you a radio and an empty map. SAFR runs a live AI layer underneath the whole city — the dispatcher, the calls, and the people you stop.
Talk to a real dispatcher
Hold Caps Lock and speak. She answers out loud in recorded dispatcher audio — around 64 commands, from 10-8 and traffic stops to backup, BOLOs and felony stops. Run a 10-28 and she reads back the real verdict: clear, stolen, warrant, suspended or expired.
Every NPC answers you
Hold your push-to-talk at any pedestrian and they reply out loud in their own voice, in character. They know the time, the street and what’s in your hands — and they remember you next time. Free hour after the tutorial.
Calls no other server has
73 live callouts, 10 written in-house for SAFR — active shooter, bank robbery, barricaded suspect, federal warrant, stolen military hardware, tanker hijack. Self-dispatch on F11 or let dispatch send you one.
An actual medical system
Wounds logged by cause and body location. Blood loss, pain blackouts, unconsciousness, cardiac arrest — with CPR and epinephrine to bring someone back, and two medics able to work the same patient. Y to render aid, J to examine yourself.
Work the scene properly
Shift+Y pulses a 30 m scan that lights up casings, blood, prints and bodies through walls. Bag what you find into a real chain of custody and field-test it — evidence you collected stays attached to the arrest.
250 levels of fleet to earn
Every callout and arrest pays XP, and the entire fleet is gated behind it — from your first Monarch PI at level 1 to all five Brute Centurions at 250. Air Unit at 120, bikes at 145, unmarked at 250. Rank is separate, banked in hours on duty. /xp and /unlocks track both.
Every one of those works when nobody else is on. The AI dispatcher, the callouts, your K9 and your AI partner mean an empty server is still a full shift, and it’s controller friendly too.
That is not the same as lone-wolfing. When other units are on, you are expected to work with them — call it in, wait for backup, run the scene together. This is a co-operative server: treat the people you patrol with as colleagues. Lone-wolfing and sabotaging another unit’s scene are rule violations, not playstyles.
Built to be worth your hours.
A shift that holds up whether there are twenty officers on or one, running on systems written for this server rather than bolted on from elsewhere.
Three badges, no application.
LSPD, LSSD and SAHP are all open from the moment you connect. Clock in to whichever one you’re working, and your hours bank toward that department’s rank.

Los Santos Police Department
City jurisdiction and the busiest calls on the map. Constant work, back-to-back calls, and backup two blocks away.

Los Santos Sheriff’s Department
County and unincorporated San Andreas. Dirt roads, ranch country and warrant service — with authority that follows a scene wherever it runs.

San Andreas Highway Patrol
State highways and interstates. The fastest fleet on the server and the most pursuit work.
You can be on patrol tonight.
Four steps and one evening. There’s nothing to apply for — joining the Discord is what grants your departments.
- 1 Install FiveM You need a legitimate copy of GTA V on PC. Grab FiveM from fivem.net and let it patch.
- 2 Join the Discord This is the step that matters — every department, rank, uniform and vehicle permission comes from your Discord roles. There’s no application to wait on.
- 3 Read the rulebook Properly. The tutorial quizzes you on it, and a second wrong answer is a permanent ban.
- 4 Connect and run the tutorial About five minutes at NOOSE HQ. Finishing it pays 1,500 XP and a free hour of Talk to AI.
